I'm already back from my Christmas holidays. As I do every working-Monday, yesterday I went to San Vicente de la Barquera, a beautiful town placed in Cantabria. The first day after holidays is always a bit hard for me, so I decided to face it with my camera nearby. It was a cold and sunny day. The tide was low and I was so lucky that a fisherman appeared just when I was taking my camera out. He was the only one able to got that the water stopped being a faithful mirror of the ancient bridge.
I love this bridge. It reminds me the never-ending trips we made in my father's car when I was a child. The motorway didn't exist then, so the "coast-road" was the only way. When we arrived to this bridge, we always tried to cross it without breathing: the first one who breathed, lost ... and what is even worse, he/she would never get married!!!
